 hai frnds i met great abdul kalam sir....n was very happy..it was march5th last year....eve around 5..i can't forget the incident bcos i admire abdul kalam a lot..
how many of u met him..if any views share here abt kalam sir.

1.  nrsatish29 (8168) | 1 year ago |  I am not that fortunate. You must consider yourself extremely lucky to have met a great person like Kalam. He is simple, down to earth and straight forward which is not the case with politicians.
Through my friend in Mylot I came to know of a incident about Kalam. 50 odd relatives went to visit Kalam and the charges for the stay worked out to 3.5 lakhs. Kalam paid the entire bill from this personal account as he did not want to missuse the post he was holding. That is really great of him. I salute this person who has made India proud.

You are really lucky. Sir Abdul Kalam is great scientist of India. He has given New Height to India's Armor through his inventions and efforts.
Unfortunately he wasted his time in politics for some yrs.
He is valuable person for india.
I also admire him a lot. I would like to meet him.

| ayesha_nisha (201) | 12 months ago | Occasion.......?????? there was no such occasion frnd.actually it was eve 5'0clock of march5th,2005 n we went for visting mughal gardens..then kalam sir came out with some foreign delegates to have some meeting in da garden.then we saw him n shouted kalam sir hello sir.....then if he was another politician he would hav slowely moved inside his room.but he is kalam sir so he came towards us walking slowly n it was me standing most front n luckily took my hand front n shook with his hands n iwas in tears...sir im realy inspired by ur thoughts n im gratefull sir..he was just giving a silent smile on his face many people rushed saying him vanakam n many more wishes in def langs.it was ma ultimate dream tat came true. | |
