 Have you ever care for your health? My mom also told me to sleep early to let your body rest more and stay healthy.I know my mom is right all along but i still stay up late play online game and i know that is bad for me. I like to know your opinion about which do you prefer. Fun or Healthy life? I tell you health is priceless.

2.  laurika (2674) | 3 years ago |  I think I do care about my health, but probably not enough.I am sure there is so much more what I can do, but sometimes it is not worth it to push your body hard.I am trying to eat very healthy, a lot of frutis, veggies and not much fast food.Also I drink a lot of green tea, what should protect me against cancer.I also excersice regularly.Of course I have some bad habits also, who doesn't have them?

I do take care of myself and I do not forget it. I usually eat nutritious foods to stay healthy and stronger.
Other than that, I exercised regularly.
