What are your favorite sit down restaurants?

My absolute favorite sit down restaurants are Swiss Chalet, Sizzler, Olive Garden and AppleBee's

I like Uno's because during the week they have dirt cheap snacks at the bar. I have them draw me a Guiness and bring me some nachos and I'm in hog heaven, baby. I like Olive Garden, too, but beyond that I'm not a fan of the big chains. Independent local mom-and-pop places are always the best.
