Last season with Lakers for Phil Jackson?

I've read a news stating that this season could be the last with Lakers for Phil Jackson. What will happen if he really left?

The same thing as what happened after '04. The lakers will probably miss the playoffs again, and I'm pretty sure Kobe is gonna opt out of his contract. The lakers will have to rebuild around andrew bynum and a couple of their rookies, probably crittenton and farmar.
