I am a first time home buyer and have been having problems with my house since i bought it. I had to fall behind in my mortgage in order to pay something on my taxes as well as for a lawyer. My question is, how long in the state of NH are you allowed to fall behind before they foreclose on you?I am not ignoring my payments, in fact i am only one month behind, they say two, but i never got the checks back and they said they got payment, Is there also a place I can go for help to catch up with my payments?
