Well,I don't mean the job itself since some people might still like the job even the company is not his/her type. And virtually, I am one of them.
I kind of like my department since peple in my departmetn is OK and we work in harmony. Nevertheless, the company itself is really not my cup of tea, especially recently when they try to kill the customer by increasing the prices dramatically suddenly and extending the leadtime just because we have too much loading. Well, I hope this situation would change soon... Otherwise, even if I like my position and the job I am doing, I would decide to quit in the end.
What about you? How do you like your company?
With best regards,
Andy

I surely like my company as i have a free hand out there. I have been empovered to take decisions regarding my department and all decisions what ever they may be are sure to be routed through me. My seniors believe in my capability and once approved by me dont question it and go for the task. This has added confidence in me and at the same time i act very responsibly as the company has trusted me like anything. My team too gives me support and has faith in me.

Corrently I am working in a small company, but the work atmosphere is good and people working there are good and I am enjoying working with them.It is somewhat tiresome many times but is it is said there are no gains without pain.
The most imp think I liked in my compay is that there is no force or autotratic behavior and people work by themselves, so there is enjoyment in work rather than pain.

Maximization of profits is the sole objective of a company otherwise they would not have come in to the business. When that being the case, they expect every employee should put in maximum service within stipulated time so that the high profitablity is solely dependent on high productivity either real production or services.
It is wrong to expect that the company will fully take care of all our requirements when when we join a company.
There are several companies who earn a good lot of profits continuously and in order to evade or avoid taxes, they plough back some revenue towards staff welfare by providing additional benefits.
There are some companies with a view to promote managerial techniques, involve workers in the management so that the responsibilities (targets) are better understood and reaches every worker of the company.
There are companies which provide a small percentage of their profits towards workers welfare. There are companies who understand the significance of the employees plough back 50% of their profits towards the employees welfare like provision of housing, transport facilities, medical benefits, provident fund, children's educaitonal expenses, hometown travel expenses reimbursement, bonus payment 8.33+ % and above, uniform and shoes, subsidised or free canteen facility, gratuity, pensin scheme etc.
One has not not acquired the required skill, It is better to choose a company of some reputation and work. AFter one has acquired a skill, should work for a company of his choice where it takes care of the employees particularly for those who work with dedication, sincerity, efficiently and effectively.
People by and large, do not appreciate the company in which they work, even after reaching higher posts, because the either the senior management constantly pur pressure or junior workers do not cooperate the way you like!! On has to find an equilibrium.

My company is famous, but the salary is not high as the other ones. People are nice, we are happy to work although it is not high paid. Some time I think the rules are too strict, but people can find the easy way to be closed to rules. If I have another better company to offer me higher salary I would change.

I worked for a big company which is top100. I am proud of working for it in the beginning. But the everything is changing after the strategy moves to another direction which will impact the department I worked in. I am happy to work with the colleagues here but become slight unhappy with the company

Working for more than 15 years now in the same company makes me wonder, "do I really need that money or simply because I loved my job so much that I couldn't even retired and have a new one". Maybe it all boils down to money in which my company pays me. I do learn to love this work and was hoping that I could reached another 15 years here before I retired.
