I like this metal band. Because it has a lot of variations in their themes. It is not only metal. they have classicac ones for example.

Welcome to mylot! We are not that many metal heads on here (I think), but if you search for "Metal" you will find a few discussions. Anyway, Blind Guardian is a pretty cool band. Hansi Kürsch is definitely one of the better singers in Power Metal! I have to admit I hardly listen to them, though. I thought "A Night at the Opera" was a pretty good album, but I got bored of it after a month or so. A lot of people have told me "Nightfall in Middle Earth" is their best album, but although it is a very diverse and well written record, it's a bit too soft for me. I think that's the thing. I love Blind Guardian when they're heavy and fast and aggressive, but I really don't like their faster parts. So, geleren, what do you reckon is their heaviest album? And also, do you know Demons & Wizards? It's a project featuring Hansi from Blind Guardian and Jon Schaffer, the guitar player from Iced Earth. It basically sounds like a mixture of the two bands. Pretty decent in other words. Too bad I think I prefer Matt Barlow's voice over Hani Kürsch's voice. But now Barlow isn't in Iced Earth any more, adn I'd much rather listen to Hansi than Tim Owens, the guy that's singin in Iced Earth at the moment.
