Quite recently ,it is being observed that the topics posted by fellow Myloters are sub-standard..lacking conviction, silly ,non-sensical and commonplace. This kind of degradation in posting topics was not observed since I joined this great forum . To all ye brothren a humble and friendly request let's make this forum a lively podium of giving vent to our hertfelt felings. ####

Yes, perhaps you are right. If there be any topic that I find interesting, there you find my response. However what is none sense to makes sense to some, What makes sense to you might also be thought of as non-sense to others. Save your heartbeat... just beat it.

I don't agree with you on this one completely hon. Yes, there are those that don't seem to put any thought into their posts and pretty much post one liners. Those are the ones that get me. But what might be silly and nonsensical to you might be just right to the next member that comes along. I think that if you find a discussion to be below your standards, just skip it and find one that does meet your requirements. Personally, I think that sometimes posting silly fun discussions breaks up the monotony of the day. But that's just me.

From what I can see MyLot is still as good as ever. There will always be silly or nonsensical or commonplace but we are all entitled to be silly, nonsensical or commonplace on occasion.

I try to put good posts of here but what is the point. You don't get credit for half of them. Wonder if the nonsense ones get credit. There seem to be enough of them.

That is a valid request, sukumar. I also feel that there is a need as humans to have a place to be humorous and have fun as well. I think there is room here on myLot for both. Let's be lite hearted as well as heartfelt.

I don't start alot of my own post, since I only make sure that I post what most people will get attracted to. There are posts that are nonsense indeed, but there are still more that deserve good ratings. These are posts with good quality, which often than not, is neglected by other members. They tend to respond on easy and light topics on discussions, as I also do at times. But this is earlly not mylot's problem, because they know who deserves to earn more and receive added earnings.

I heard that mylot deletes a lot of the controversial and intelligent topics. I get quite a few of the homey types and that does annoy me. Maybe someone more tactful than I can write to mylot and tell them not to delete so many topics. It might help.

Hi there buddy, what's up? Well, i am doing my very best to contribute in this forum site to be a great place to hang out with. But regarding on the many discussions that seems to be boring and non-sensical, well there's a lot of newbies here everyday and most of the time, because of being new in this community, they don't know yet exactly what kind of discussion we should post here so that's why there are some discussions that seems to be boring. But i am not saying that all of the boring discussions here are all came from the newbies, no let me correct that... I know that there's also old mylotters here who's been participating here like 5months or more and they still post sub-standard posts just to add on their earnings, duh? Well, im still pretty sure that we are lots of people who's looking forward on that kind of changes here, count me in! Have a nice day ahead and happy posting and earning here in myLot. Ciao, Kiko

Execpting this two things that i observed here mylot discussions has not lost its quality.. The First one : Those who start some Common one liners.. The Second One : Dumping with the links only by some pals here. But these are promptly removed in due course of time by the mylot admin.. Other than these,.. i find that mylot has gained strength.

Hello sukumar794, This is what happens when money is your G♥d. I too have probably fallen into this trap, except mine was trying hard to get to 500 so I could copy and paste. Now that I can do that, I am more relaxed and post discussions that I feel are important, if not to me, then to someone else..

I've started a few good discussions, but no one really responds or they read them and do not feel a need to respond. My posts to other discussions are pretty lively too.

lets do it. lets all wear i am a mylot poster shirts and become a big mylot family...i think not. people will always say what they want and what they want to say might not meet your requirements for an "educated post" but when your talking about money being involved people wont even care. one line responces like "thats cool" will reign supreme on this website forever. i do see your point but whos to say whats good and whats not i am all for freedom of speech and i really dont see why you are botherd by what other people are saying (lack of saying) you do bring up a good point though

I disagree, some discussions may be non-sensical to you but not for others, that's why mylot is a place where we can post whatever we feel or want to say as long as its within the guidelines. Everyone is different and post different discussions, if you don't like what is written, then you move onto the next one. If it goes beyond the mylot guidelines then you have the opportunity to report it if you want to.

Greetings Sukumar, I have noticed some discussions within the framework you describe. However what I also find is that developing a circle of friends with similar values and beliefs has allowed me to avoid getting embroiled in 'hissy fit' conflicts. The sharing circles that I find here are the best way to align with like-minded others and avoid the type of discussions you describe. I welcome you to perspectives forums..there are many wonderful members who have uplifting, interesting, informative, thought provoking and informative ideas. My approach is to skip over topics that do not have substance...and put my time and energy into those that do. Trust me they are out there...we just have to be selective, rate everyone who deserves it with a plus and make Mylot aware of those who are operating with different agendas. Thanks for adding some valuable perspectives here...your points are well taken. Raia
