1. Drink plenty of water.Water is not important for our skin but also for hair.
2. Do not dye your hair.
3. Eat a lot of food in high with vitamins.The best for you it's fruits, vegeatables and fish.
4. Stay away from culry iron.It would dry your hair and damage them.It will cause also split ends.If you need use a blow dryer, use it on low.
5. Use organic shampoo
6. Get a trim every 4 month.
7. Also excerise like yoga can help ypu hair to grow long and healthy
8. Use at least one time a week mask for you hair.
Here is one what is my favourite.
You need just yolk, honey and olive oil.Eveyrthing mix together and applu on your hair, cover with shower cap.Leave for at least 20 mitutes, the nest is over night and then rinse.it would add shine to your hair and make them healthier.

- never dry my hair
- try to not wash it everyday, because it gets dry.
- eat healthy food, flax seed are good for hair!
- and cut it only in crescens moon!
