Have you ever found yourself wandering whether the steps that you have taken had led you to wrong paths in life? That if you have decided otherwise, you would have had another kind of life by now?

That would be kind of having regrets, and to have a regret you have to regret everything that came from that original regret. :(

oo many regrets and a final guilt! I don't like my friends in mylot to have bad feelings etc and I don't like disappointed faces. I think you must have something good in your ife happening. There isn't regret this kind of thought. Is wandering if... the life path you are leading is the most right one! Thanks for sharing. :)

I have definitely wondered whether I've taken the right path in life or not. But, then I remember that biblically speaking, I'm exactly where God wants me to be. Our lives have an ultimate plan and purpose and I like who I am today. If I hadn't been down all those paths that have brought me to here and now, I would be a different person.

I think God left us all alone to decide as he was the creator not only ofnature but of democracy as well. God left us to decide whether to do this or that and take full responsibility for our actions and accept whether we like it or not the concequencies. Thanks for your thoughts.!

I think we all wonder that sometimes. But then would we really go back and change things. If we did other parts of our lives would not have happened. So in regards to that, I would not want to change anything cause then I would not have the people in my life that I have now.

Yes. That's true! If we were able to go back in time and change some choices we did, then our lives would change. That means that people we have in ourlives now, probably wouldn't be in that new one. Thank you! I hope you will be happy with your life always!!!

Yes, I wonder sometimes, but not for long. I feel that I have learned from every ride down the wrong path. I don't think that I would be the person that I am if I hadn't learned the hard way. Now, I can teach my son the proper way to be, and with his free will he decide the easy way or the hard way. Of course, I would cousel him to take the easy way because mommy has been the hard way!!! lol

I think we are so much alike. I found all through the hard way. I would like my son to learn everything the easy way so not to feel ever pain and disappointement. I think our choices have made us who we are today.

Nice question. I sometimes think about this one, what if I hadnt been in the place where I met my wife. Would I have been married, and to whom? What if I had not applied for the job I have? where would i be working now. If I had decided to not have children would i still be living where i am now..Would i be less happy than i am now, and the list goes on and on.

First of all, thank you for replying. The, I think that everyone's choices, lead us where we are at the present. Yes. it is possible that if we had done something different, maybe our lives would be different too. I had that question on my mind since yesterday evening, after I saw my best friend after 2 years. We went for a drink and I was supposed to leave my son to my mother and I couldn;t do it. I changed my mind. He asked me if I have changed a lot and if I hadn't been married how I imagine my life would have been today.

The only serious regret I have is turning down all those parties and outing with my school friends, and turning down offers amongst my friends in highschool to help me.. The Biggest Regret I have is turning down my Chance to having a job at Liberty Station in Milton Wisconsin, and then they were going to train me into managment, and to own it when the old owners left.... I really seriously regret not taking up that offer... Now under the new managment I can not even get hired there... Sighs... or let alone anywhere else it seems. I am over qualified or under qualified... - DNatureofDTrain

I know exactly what you mean. All these one life time offers that we pass on like nothing. Maybe you will be lucky once again really soon. I really hope you will.
