credit card or debit card

With credit cards, you can spend without money, the financing institution pays for you but you have to pay back later on. For debit cards, you spend your own money, you cannot buy without sufficient balance in your account. Debit cards are somehow useless, I think.

An account holder of a recognized bank can easily get a debit card, which s/he can use to draw the amount out of his or her own account through ATM . S/he can also use it to purchase something from specific shops with in the specified range and place. I have a debit card of a bank, where I had opened my bank account. I can use it to draw the amount from the ATM of any bank of my country and also abroad of my country, I think. I can spend my money available in my account up to 20000 Pakistani Rupees in a day. A credit card helps a card holder to borrow money from the bank, which issued you the credit card. The credit card holder is bound to pay the amount with all sorts of interests, mark up, taxes and other expenditure etc on cost of getting amount from a bank or financial organization, which issued the card. You can use it for shopping off line and online as well. I applied for a credit card, several months ago, through an agent of a bank, but unfortunately did not get it up to date. A credit card is seems like a key to internet. You can establish a business here online, you can use it for shopping, for seeking admission at virtual universities, you can use it pay for downloading etc. Though it is very beneficial, but there are also some demerits or disadvantages. Cyber crime or cyber fraud is one of those, which is causing by the hackers.
