Foreign aid?  | |  How much foreign aid is 'tied' anyway?
Tied meaning that the aid comes with a stipulation that you buy XYZ from the donating country.
Seems like a good way for politicians to surreptitiously reward their friends and campaign supporters, but I dunno how much aid is actually tied and how much is really given in goodwill:(

I really couldn't answer that question Valce, but however I just wanted to comment regarding foreign aid. I think they should start aiding the world as a whole and not just for political gain. Good point you make and I wish I could contribute more to that question.
