I love to sun tann alot even to the extend of sun tanning my arms when i'm walking down the streets on a sunny day.. But researches have proven that too much sun is bad for our skin.. Between health and loving to tann, wat would we choose?? As a precaution, will we use sun tann lotion or we will choose to do indoor tanning??? ;)

my dear, anything that's too much might be bad for us... so just do things in the right way and appropriate amount...i know that there's a specific time when sun is not that harmful to skin... health should always be come first... coz your beautiful sun tan will be useless if you are sick! hehe but if you really wanna be exposed to the sun and get that perfect tan...make sure to protect yourself with some sunblock lotion...

lol =D U have finally make your way here huh!!! hehe Yeah, it's always good to be doing things in the right way and appropriate amount, but when it comes to tanning, it cant be sure.. haha =D As there are often clouds passing by and covering the sun, as well as shifting positions of the sun, thus one wil not be getting the even tann they want.. hehe ^_^ As such, i will always be tanning in the mid day about 12pm as the sun is the strongest, and stable, without any tanning lotion.. lol =D Just an hr of tan will be more than enough for me.. hehe

Shopping is possible, when both are just doing window shopping ^_^ Or shopping as a plan for the future when the house is ready ^_^ Saving is one thing, but having fun is another thing ^_^ Learn to relax!! Being so stressful out does not mean extra will come in right?? hehe

of course without applying facial sunblock cream and applying lotion with SFP 30 or 50 you could be toasted or end up suffering from a skin cancer. As you have state their are many processes of having a natural tan that is with limited exposure to the sun ray where the skin receive natural tan or the their alternatives is to either apply a tanning lotion to imitate the tanning look or in a tanning salon. In my case i hardly uses tanning lotion as i am slightly tan already and their is no need to expose myself to harsh radiation from the sun.

YEah, it's always good to have sunblock on our skin when one is tanning.. However i dun really like it, for my tann wont last for long before it's gone again.. haha =D I think i will rather be timing my tann instead, so that i wont get burned.. haha =D

Everything has the same principal in the world.Too many or too much is not always good for something. At the same time, too many or too much is bad for something. So we should hold the suitable sunshine to keep healthy.
