Eating healthy is important – but sometimes we forget to add fruits and vegetables to our meals and snacks. What do you do to have a wel balaned diet?

I used to eat green leafy vegetables. As we all know that vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. I also eat fruits, such as banana and oranges. They are rich in vitamin C. I rarely eat meat, which is around once or twice a month only. Have a nice day and God speed!

At least I try not to eat the same food everyday. For example, today I have meat and some vegetables, the staple for the next day will be something like fried fish, vegetable soup. In between snacks, I would opt for fresh fruits or boiled corn, sweet potatoes. Occasionally I would indulge in some junk food but that's about it. I think taking a variety of food stuff will take care of your body needs.
