is the move incumbent govt. for providing reservation for OBCs is justified?

kindly respond under following heads:- 1. it is justified but basis of classification should class not caste. 2. it is justified and basis should be caste i.e. if one caste is backward that means all people belonging to that caste are socially and educationally so. 3.it is justified but basis should be economic backwardness not social or educational alone or both. 4.it is justifid but basis of providing reservation should include place of domicile,income,members in family employed,antecedent etc. 5. it is not justified at all, and rights generals are infringed upon and it is violation of various fundamental rights.
