It is really hard to adopt a child unless you're a celebrity. I dont think these kids were fated into this life - it's just an unfortunate situation they've been dealt. It's possible to be adopted but not likely if you're an older child.

im sure they could, why should it be there fate? i would if i was able to afford one, i love kids and they all disurve the best of life.
