Shopping Online: streetwear, partywear, accessories..................

Last week when I was browsing net I found this site: http://tinyurl.com/366pl4 which has a good collection of Asia fashion: streetwear, partywear, accessories, etc.
I have already purchased some small items there. Now am thinking to buy a top whose price is $24. Do you think its worth it? I am uploading the picture of the top with this discussion, let me know your opinions.

I mostly shop online for movies cd's and stuff that I am not able to find in stores, I like to buy my clothes in stores so I can see first hand what it is I am purchasing and not be surprised when I get something in the mail and it dosen't fit or something.
