How to prevent Poison Oak skin contamination? | | California is a heaven for hikers. However, the severe punishment awaits the unprepared by Poison Oak skin contamination. I am trying to be very careful, and use the exchange clothes, but still I got it 4 times. Knowing the rush features, I can stop it pretty fast. The point is, can we prevent that? I mean, Poison Oak blocks or prevention pills. Any experience, good or bad?
