how can someone say that their chili is hotter then everyone elses?

If I were writing a recipe for hot chili and wanted it to be hotter than everyone else's chili, I would have habenero chilis in the list of ingredients! They are very hot and add a real hot kick to any recipe! They are not for the light at heart!

There are two places in South India which are known for growing hot chillies. It is difficult to cook food using these chillies because one will not be able to guage the quantity to be used. One is called BYADAGI Red Chilli from Karnataka State and another one is GUNTUR in Andhra Pradesh. In fact people of Andhra Pradesh (most of them) eat raw chilli as a side dish along with rice, or some rice cakes or with chicken.
