Does anyone else have this issue in Moola?

I signed up for the Neilsen Rating s booster on Moola like almost 2 weeks ago. It never posted to my account, not even in a pending status. Also, I signed up for the light speed booster and it has been in final pending state for almost a month now. Does it usually take that long to post? I was just curious to see if this happens to everyone or if there is a problem with my account.
