i've heard someone saying on here before about a new car seat in the states for kids up to 80 pounds. there was a specific brand name that made the 3 point harness for the older kid booster seats. does anyone know the name of it i'm trying to find one. and does anyone know if it's available in canada. i know who ever had originally posted it said they got it at target but we don't have that in canada
