How did you learn to read and which method do you recommend?
Sight reading...but this was years ago. And I started teaching my children to read with flash cards and simple readers before kindergarten and it seemed to work well. They read above their levels. and my daughter really enjoys reading. Enjoy your day:)
Thank you so much for your input. Phonics was so popular for so long, but I've seen adults who learned by phonics have so much trouble with spelling.
