Former President Jimmy Carter has written another book. Currently he is on a book tour. During the stops he always seems to be asked about Bush/Cheney. His comments irritate some people and others agree with him. Do you think he is irrelevent or does he have a valid opinion?

I certainly do think he has a valid point and he's far from irrelevent. He took his share of criticism as President but no one can say he isn't an intelligent and very decent man who really wants the best for his nation and the world. Sadly that's something I can't say about Bush or Cheney! Annie

Thank You! I thought it was just me. Of course I have had a long time problem with Mr. Bush even as our governor. And Chaney is just, well oh never mind. They have ruined this country. From our kids to our troops. At least Mr. Carter knows the art of discussion. He has been there and done that. We need to listen to people like him.
