Hey have you heard about the black lesbian that was thrown from a New York bar. She'd gone into the women's bathroom and the women in there thought that she was a man. So they called the bouncer.
The bouncer asked the woman if she had indeed gone into the bathroom and she answered in the affirmative. So he threw her out. She is now suing the club!
What do you think?

I hope that she sues the bar and wins big time. That is discrimination in any language. If she were dressed up in men's clothing I can understand asking for ID but to just throw her out without finding out first is just asking for trouble. If a person dressed as a woman were to come into the men's room while I was using it, I don't think that I would get too disturbed unless they were acting like they were up to no good. I know that a lot of times the women's room is crowded and it makes sense for a woman that really needs to go to use the men's room. A man should not go into a woman's room unless the men's room is out of order and someone has assured the man that it is alright to do so.

Wow that's crazy! I hope she wins the case, no one should have thrown her out. I understand they thought she was a man, because some women do have manlike features, whereas some men have womanlike features, but they could have asked for ID to make sure or something, which still would have caused a scene, but it's better than throwing someone out.
