What song has inspired you? What song do you hear, no matter how many times, that lifts you up when you're down? A song that is special to you? A song that makes you want to get up and work out? or pulls you out of a horrible day? I'm trying to make a cd that will lift me up no matter what... I would appreciate all suggestions :) Thank you!

I like Christian music and Instrumental lovesongs. Christian music lifts me up when I'm down. When problems are around me, listening to Christian music helps me realize that I'm not alone in this world, that life can be better if I really want it it be. On the other hand, instrumental lovesongs inspire me to appreciate love, and all the love I have around me, and the beauty of life. These are the music types I listen to over and over again, and it really helps me a lot! It may help you too...let me share them with you!

Thank you! Christian music is always uplifting. I also like when mainstream artists sing classic christian songs. I've read that music is very important in keeping depression at bay. When you listen to music throughout your day, it really is a sort of escapism. Thank you for the link to your website. I will check it out :)

I like to hear anything from Micheal W. Smith his music always has picked me up when I am down mostly from his praise and worship CD
