Sunday, October 14, 2007, I was reading the Manila Bulletin newspaper when an article under the Health section column had a topic regarding a study that bad relationships may cause a heart attack.
Common sense would really imply that bad relationship may cause one a high risk to have a stroke due to depression, anxiety, insecurities, pressure, unsolved arguments - bad relationship per se.
As far as I am concerned, i am thankful that I had been through that situation. It is really possible for one person that bad relationship will cause one's attack because even without a medical explanation, when one felt pain or depressed, there's a certain pain literally in the heart that tightens.
For now, I can definitely construe that I have a good relationship with my new partner.

hi there..i am not surprised if bad relationship might really cause a heart attack. i could have been one of the heart-broken ladies who got so unlucky to have a heart stroke..still lucky though. just like what you've said, too much depression may lead to a heart attack..i've been to an ER a lot of times due to anxiety disorder..good thing i can still control my emotions. how i wish i could overcome this.
