Do you have a good method for dry skin to keep moisture?

it could be down to a number of reasons that you are finding that you have dry skin.

in autumn and winter, the colder weather affects everybodies skin, but some people notice it more than others.

you could try changing the creams and moisturisers that you use, i find that most creams with natural oils in are great as they are much thicker than normal moisturisers are. things like evening primrose oil cream and coconut oil cream are great (personally i use coconut oil cream).

believe it or not, anticeptic creams are great too (they also help clear up spots lol) if i use an anticeptic cream, it is usually savlon, as it's not highly scented and fairly thick.

you could also pop to see your doctor if none of the thicker creams help, you may have mild dermatitis or eczema that only becomes apprent in colder weather.

there are a couple of over the counter ecezma products that you could buy to try out and they work even if you don't have eczema, one is oilatum, you can either use it in a bath full of water for all over your body, or you could use it a couple of times a week as a face wash (it's brilliant stuff lol) and there are also many emmolient creams that you could try, just pop to a chemists and ask the assistant about them:)

At first I would like to tell you to drink a lot of water thorugh the day.Becuase water is not important only for our body but for our skin too.

From natural product, you can use a banana what moisturize your skin

When taking a showe don't use soap bars
Exfoliate you skin every week
Moisturize directly you come from shower, use the products for dry skin, don't forget to let the lotion dry.

winter can be really bad for you.So don't forget to cover your hands,You hand can become from dryness red and itchy and that is not really comfotable.Also use regularly hand-lotion.
Also when drying you hand or body don't rub it, just pad it

Don't forget about your lips in the winter.they can be dry out very soon too.
