How vigilant are you in maintaining your oral hygiene.I have hereditary caries so I have to brush the teeth after every light snack I have.Virtually I have to carry a brush with me.Once caries attacks it is difficult to recover from it.So I give due care to my teeth. What about you?

I brush 2 times a day, floss 1 time per day, massage my gums, rinse with 1/2 hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 water 1 time a day, after I eat anything I rinse my mouth with water(which turns any acids to bases) and have begun to do oil pulling which heals all sorts of ailments and is done by swishing around 1 table spoon of sunflower oil in your mouth for 15 minutes per day. After you spit it out, it turns white and if you took a micro scope to it, you'd see all types of micro-bacteria that most people don't even know exists. We only get one set of teeth (real teeth) and are responsible to take care of them. I get compliments all the time on my breath and every date I went on, I had no problem getting some tongue.

Try taking Coq10 which is a natural vitamin (costly) in a min. of 30mg. 2 times daily, with 1,000 mg of vitamin C 2 times per day, and no less then 600mg of calcium. Also, oil of oregano (mountain variety) is very soothing to teeth, gums, and is a stronger antiseptic then penicilin. It also is a great natural pain killer for teeth and gum problems. Make sure you use a mix of 1/2 water and 1/2 3% hydrogen peroxide when you use it. Rinsing your mouth with just plain h2o is the best way to prevent cavities and clean your gums. What it does is neutralize the acids in the foods we eat and then transforms them into bases. That will completely stop further problems. Coca Cola is the worst for your mouth, as is any type of food with a high acid level. I'm going to include some links below you may want to check out and they will explain the benefits of oil pulling which is the greatest of all. Good luck, and If you have any other questions, just let me know.
