do you care for you?

when i ask something like this you immediately respond that you do. but actually it is nt. you care for you but not for your health.
you know why????? all are in a world where silence and peacefullness are less and what that dominates is that your tensions and your fear towards your development.
have you read the life history of some of the body builders like arnold....
if you have read about it then you would have kanow that your health is more omportant than anything else..............
so please concentrate on the issues of your health and be conscious every time you go out of your control.........
