qualified tor November payments

I had reached my minimum payout and was notified that I am qualified to be paid out by mylot on or before November 15, unfortunately it's November 23 and I have not received any notice yet when I will be receiving my payment.
Is this true?

Notice of payment by mylot to our payment processors either by the moneybookers or paypal is usually sent on or before the 15th of each month thereafter to our email address that we have indicated during signing up. Your earnings for this month of October will paid out to you on or before the 15th of November. Wait for further notification thru your email from moneybookers or paypal.

Most likley but you have to remember you get alittle extra for the litle things, so this can be true and not.
it just depends on your quality of posting imo
