Most of companies like hardworking employess, because they tend to work harder than other in the working time so that they can be produvtive and make more profits for their company. Are you woking in company or running your own business? Are you afraind to work hard?
As for me,though I am a college student now,but I think I am not afraid to work hard, on the contrary,I love to working hard as long as what I am doing interets me.Someone said that working hard is a great mental and physical exercise.I think that's right,at least for me,I enjoy working hard on my favorite subjects, and that gives me a sense of a satisfaction.

I guess I am not. As long as I like to do the hard work, it will not scares me. But I enjoy it.

I to love working hard but not like on paper work or anything. I love being out doing physical jobs that make you use all your muscles and leave you sore at the end of the day. Jobs like that are more full filling to me and usually pay really good. Also anything outside using my hands is great no matter what job it is, just as long the scenery keeps changing like the job site.

Whether getting a job is hard or not depends on many factors such as what kind of job would you like to get, how much salary do you require and how is your qualifications and the like!sometimes if you lower your requirement for everything that you would like to ask,it would become easy to find a job!
