What is your favorite spot in WV?  

My family lives not too far from Morgantown, they live in West Milford in Lost Creek.

I grew up in WV my first 8 years of my life. It is a very beautiful place. I came up in Iaeger and Welch. I am a fan of the Mountaineers. Most of my family lives there. I would have to say though that my favorite place is Blue Bend. It is a camp ground that I visit all the time. It is beautiful and way up on the mountain. I will also agree with you that Spruce Knob is a wonderful place as well.

I have 2 favorite spots in West Virginia. I love Charleston, West Virginia and Institute, West Virginia. (I was originally born in Delaware and I currently live in Maryland now.) I have only spent 3 years of my life in West Virginia, but I think West Virginia is a beautiful place. I was in the Charleston Job Corp Center as a student. Job Corp is a free government program where you can learn a trade or even go to college for free. I had a chance to go to college free for 2 years from 1986 - 1998. I spent 2 years at West Virginia State College in Institute, West Virginia. I met a lot of nice people because people from West Virginia are very friendly and I had a lot of fun in West Virginia. Unfortunately, I dropped out of college after 2 years because Job Corp stop paying for college and due to financial problems, being confused and also being young. (I was 21 years old at that time when I was in West Virginia.) I am 41 years old now. It has been a long time! I would love to go back a visit West Virginia, but I have not been there in 20 years. I still have fond memories of this place.

I grew up in Belington. It's a small town and a great place. Some things could be done to make it better, but it's still the place I like. I also like Lewisburg. It's nice down there and pretty.
