Are oddball, really strange and off the wall type of humor posts allowed?

No I think its refreshing to have someone with a good sense of humor, I think too many people on here are uptight and get too serious sometimes. Im a sarcastic person and so I think I offend a lot of people too. I dont get much feed back on my comments lol

And yes Van, you'll find a few people, some of them who can't even post or argue worth anything, they love to get offended. They are not above hitting negative button to make your (soon to be) star rating go down, and some aren't afraid to hit the! button just to delete what you have to say.

I can think of a few users around here that tend to post some pretty humorous and off the wall discussions, and they seem to get away with it quite well. In fact, one of them I can think of is quite popular!

So you should give it a try!=)

I sure hope they're allowed, because if that's what you're going to post, then I want to be your friend! I love the absurd! (And, may I say, if that's you in your avatar, then you're pretty darn cute, too. Are you married?;o)

First off - thank you! And second - NO, you can post whatever you want as long as it's in the guidelines. If you offended someone, well they are the ones that choose to read your discussion so how can you offend a person that come up to you and wanted to hear what you said???

Another thing is you're new (welcome, by the way.) and people don't know your personality, please - don't hide it, it's that same as if you met someone on the street. An offhanded comment can be taken in the wrong way if you don't know a person's humor.

When you feel you have offended someone, then you are saying that you have a voice that doesn't need to be heard. Well, this is a forum (I've been reminded several times) so if you have something to share or comments to give you are entitled to those just as much as anyone else is.

I'll be looking back through this post you're talking about, but how can you offend someone when you are sharing a part of who you are???? That to me....seems kind of one sided. Welcome again.;-)

Umm.. if we aren't allowed.. it wasnt me.. and it wasnt my friends either. It was some tall short fat skinny guy with long hair and a brush cut and he went that way...
