Anyone know how to tell if GPT offers credit?

I was sigining up for email/zip code submit offers on Fairy Tale Treasures.I see whree 2 offers which were free to sign up but said would be credited instantly was credited in my history but None of my email/zip submits are showing up.I was wondering if anyone knows if they credit instantly or if it takes a couple of days?I clear my cookies before and after each signup.Other people said they did that and also I read tips on GPT sites on siging up for offers.I hope they credit and I didnt sign up for nothing.Thanks.

I hate doing those.50 cent offers they never seem to credit for me at treasuretrooper.com I know my cookies are cleared and I did the offer properly, but still no credit. I don't know sometimes I think I;m waisting my time.
