In western countries it is not difficult to obtain a sophisticated pistol or revolver unlike asian countries,But there needs a restriction in handling weapons especially by children in the wake of a number of killings in many universitie recently.The government condemns such brutal killings as a routine but does not move even its little finger to stop such incidents from occuring again
