what do you think of net friend,can they become your close friend?

I think we all couldn't imagize such a word like netfriend (or netizen,netter...etc) before the computers become a part of our life.........but nowadays, maybe just few people never heard about it.
Then, what is your thoughts of this?
Do you mind that the netfriends become your close friends in true life?
or hope that just in the part of subjunctive world, demarcating the true llife and subjunctive life completely?

Of course, net friends can become close friends. I have a colleague, who got to know each other via qq and later they developed their relationship and got married and now she is with her hubby working in the capital city of China and enjoying her life.

Personally,I believe it's two world and sometimes you two becoming friends because he or she don't know u .But I don't mind the netfriends become myfriend in the daily life if we r really happy together.
