Well there is still a long way to go for China compared with developed countries though it is making fast progress than ever before. There is still a great gap between the country and the cities in almost every respect. I think that Chinese women are enjoying more of themselves than they used to be before nineteen forty-nine. It is a great pleasure to be a Chinese woman as they enjoy more than ninety percent of their right if not one hundred percent. Chinese men and women are almost eaqual to each other. With the development of the present society, any gap is to be eventually closed.

China with its regimented economy is moving very fast among the asian countries. Though I cannot say whether it can be like Canada,but it can become one of the 5 super powers in a decade's time. They have a huge population, productive capacity and willingness to compete in the international market, with ample support from government.
