What are the different levels of sleep apnea?

I dont know about the levels of sleep apnea. You can go to this link www.sleepapnea.org and see what they can do for you. I also have sleep apnea and this really worries me. In the middle of my sleep I stopped breathing for a minute and few seconds. And i was gasping and need some air to retrieve my self back. My whole body cannot move and i feel like somebody is trying to kill me. Its an alarming situation because you dont know if you will still wake up from your sleep. Who knows
