Are you the kind of person who can save fifty percent of your income?. Yes, there are people who can really save and so never get short of money when they need, those people save 40% to 60% of their monthly income and live normally. I was working for seven months and from my experience it is very hard to save some from our monthly income but i found a fren who was saving more than 50% of what he was earning. Am a spendriff and pours out money when i have a cry in the end when the pocket is empty. So, what are the suggestions that you got to save money?

I won't lie, I spend like crazy, but I also see the error of my ways and plan to do better in the future. I have seen where I needed to do something and just can't and it hurts. I want better for myself and I believe in the adage "save money and money will save you" a lot. I don't feel you have to save half your income, but if you start with a small amount and grow it as time go on. When you get money back from your income taxes, save a chunk of it. If you get unexpected cash, put a lot of it away and treat yourself to some of it. If you do something extra, save some. but don't start with a large percent that you can't take care of your bills. Do it gradually if you will and I will have to take my own advice on this as well. peace.

Wow. I can't save anything because I already don't bring in enough to even pay my bills and buy food and everything. I try to save money sometimes, but then it winds up having to be used to pay bills. There's no point in saving money if it's going to mean my family can't have the things they need, like heat and electricity.

No.. same here .. I was working for 3 years but my condition is same as yours.. I got a solution but I did not know How I can do this.. I start some discussion about it I think soon I get the solution.. by the way you can keep track your expenses and at the end of the month you can have a look on it and find out where you spend money and you can stop that expense to save your money.
I think to do so not 50% but we can save around 30% money every month.
What do you think?

you can't tell anyone that he can save money if one has not got any to save, only enough to feed himself and his family. This is the reality of todays financial reality especially now that prices will incredibly increase due to the oil prices which reached $96/barrel. I believe one can save %50 or more of his income that is if one has more than he has but for people who only have enough then there is nothing to save and it is better to spend it on ones necessities such as food and home utility expenses. In order to save , one has to get an additional job or do sales on the side.

It depends on where one lives, whether in a suburb or in a posh city, or in moderate town.
And added to this what kinda life one likes to lead...
In my case i prefer and lead a normal life that very much avoids all the MODERN ESSENTIALITES and therefore i could save about 50 percent of my earnings.
Take care and have a nice day friend:)
