A Tracer is a person who finds people entitled to a Mortgage Insurance Refund. Really, this is like a H&H R Block instead of filing a cliam for a tax refund; you file for a mortgage insurance refund. Their refunds range from $1 - $3000+. I earn a 10% commission for preparing their claim.
