 Cartoon and animated movie giving some stress to the kids....not only to kids,to all the people...have u watched the kids who all r watching cartoons....they will never see the others,kneen watchers they are....they will behave lik that...they dressed lik superman,he man and all...we have to watch our kids and keepaway from these things...it will reflect in their behaviours......

| 1. Jobanjo (67) | 3 years ago | I studied this for A-level Psychology. One of the things I found interesting was that there were more acts of agression displayed in a Tom and Jerry cartoon than there were in several 18 rated movies.
When children watch cartoons we count on the fact that they recognise the difference between the implications of violence between fantasy characters, and people in the real world.
Lots of studies have shown that children of a certain age are not as able to differentiate as we would hope or believe.
I'm not saying all cartoons are bad, but that sometimes the level of agression goes unseen to adults, as we are old enough to have learned the difference. Children are often not. | |

 Postrock (183) | 3 years ago | That's an interesting topic. I also had never thought at warner bros cartoon's that way. Then once somebody said this very concept you are saying now and i started noticing its really true. Tom and Jerry or "beep beep" (how the hell is that called?) are really extremely violent cartoons. In fact the those series rely a 100% of their gags on the antagonist being annihilated in every sort of way.
When i was little i used to watch those and always thought it was just a cartoon, but i guess that if one kid stops and thinks at the mechanics of what he is seeying it could change the way he looks at things for the worse. After all all there is in there is conflict, then some other conflict, and more conflict..to end with conflict. | |
