Shall I looking for a new job?  |

 Yesterday, I took the first salary after I begining to be a formal clerk. I were shocked. I come to know that is all of my salary, including all of the allowance. Every months,a fews days befor the payoff, I have no money. I have to borrow from my brother. That make me feel very upset.I am wondering, shall I looking for a new company?

1.  dhedows118 (374) | 10 months ago |  If you are not happy with your job or with your salary I think you should look for another job where you will be more compensated and will enjoy your work environment.
It is easy to work in a place where you know you are not happy and at the end of the week when you receive your salary you will be more upset with your salary.

Everyday the only thing I did is to follow the course of different orders,then search potentioal customers on internet.I want to know more about our products,but we do not have a factory, and it is hard for me to learn further just only from internet. | |

1. Talk to your boss or someone at your job to find out what future prospects exist - Will you get promoted to a better job? Will you get more pay for more hours or responsibilities? Can you transfer to another department?
2. Maybe study part time, if it's suitable, to learn more skills that will improve your chances for a higher paid job.
3. Suggest smarter or different methods at your current job, and mention such methods to your boss, who might then pay you more...
