Would you climb Everest if you had the opportunity?

I've had a bit of an "obession" with Mt. Everest since reading Into Thin Air. It's just an intense fascination, really... so I love the show on Discovery Channel (Everest: Beyond the Limit). I've also watched a number of specials focusing on Mt. Everest.
So, if someone offered to give you full training and pay for you to join an expedition to the summit of Mt. Everest... would you do it? Would you brave the death zone to be able to come home and say "I stood at the top of the world?"
I don't think I would. I might consider taking the training and going to Everest and go as high up as the first or second base camps... but I don't think I would go all the way to the top. You?

i don't think i will even if i get trained and paid because it's too difficult and dangerous. i don't like climb ordinary mountains not mention Mt. Everest. but i do admire those who dare to climb it no matter they succeed or not.

The only way I would get on top of a mountain is by helicopter.I like mountains but I don't want to climb them.
