Do you like going out in the rain?

I think its that rain is so calming and I love going for walks in the rain. I find myself walking in the rain alot.

I love walking in the rain! It's just nice to go out, and not have to worry about how you look, or loads of other people being around, and just getting into a complete and utter mess. I think the reason that I like it so much is because, when I was younger, my mum always used to tell me off for getting drenched in the rain, on the way back from school or something, and now, I'm actually ALLOWED to do it!

its hot here in Australia but it is raining here which we do need the rain but the farmers is the ones that need the rain more than we do but i know its important to have water to drink thanks for this discussion have a great day

I do like going out in the rain, as long as I don't have to drive in it. I live in Arizona where it is very dry and rarely rains. The attraction, for me, is that it is something different. It seems to have a certain energy that just makes everything fresh. When there is a big thunderstorm my family sits in our garage and watches it. It's almost as fun as a movie!

Going walking in the rain is something that always reminds me of an old love.:P

Something about rain is irresistible. It usually means a darkened sky, but it also makes things glisten with the water droplets falling. The most beautiful rain I have ever been in was on a full moon night, and it seemed like the whole sky was aglow, and the earth, and everything in between, us included. I felt like I was made of rain and moonlight on that particular evening.

i dont want to go out in the rainy day. you know, when it is raining, the ground is wet and mudy, when you walk out, you make get yourself dirty. also, if in cold days, rain makes it colder, so, i prefer staying at home watching TV or doing sth else.

Going out in the rain can be fun. Depends on temperature and circumstances. Others time rain is a pain!

I love the rain! I find it so appealing to be in the rain, especially if it is with my hubby!

The rain brings out a different person in him and I, it is indescribable!

I never liked rain.. i dont know why it makes me sad whenever it rains.

I'm not a hug nut on rain, but I don't mind being out in it, as long as I am not surrounded by trees or outside when there is the lightning that lights up the whole sky. I have been very close to being struck once, so close that I could feel the heat from the lightning bolt. Amazingly, it hasn't made me fear thunderstorms, only to be cautious when there is lightning involved. You see I was on my way to go to a friend's church one time and I was loading my stuff into their van before getting in. I had just set something down and, I don't know what it was, but something suddenly told me to jump backwards. I leapt back about three feet, just in time to see one of those verticle lightning bolts strike directly where I was standing, far enough from the van not to strike it but would have hit me square in the center of the head and surged through my body if I had still been standing there. It gives me the shivers to think about even today because I realize that if that lightning bolt ahad surged directly through the center of my body, it would have undoubtedly killed me. So although I don't fear storms, I always bear a bit of caution when Lightning is involved. That lightning bolt was within a few feet and I could feel the intense heat from it, the difference in temperature between the normal air and the immediate area, about 2 or 3 feet around the bolt, was a drastic difference. But in answer to whether I would just take a liesurely walk in the rain, probably not unless it was just rain and only raining lightly. I wouldn't care about getting wet but I would take cover if it started thundering and lightning. But if it was only rain, I am a big nature buff and the weather would be refreshing, maybe I'd go for a jog and be able to do so without sweating. Sometimes nature is on your side and sometimes It's not.
