Do you take initiative in your team?

Are you the one who taks initiative in work to see taht it is done properly? Or you wait until you are told to do something? In case it is your work at home or at office? I like to take initiative and see taht the work are done without causing hassels to others.

If it is my duty to complete the work, I take my own initiative. If the job is meant for others in the team, I do not deprive them the chance to perform. LOL. I do take over if I find that I can do it must faster if time becomes a constraint.

i initiate things to be done. i don't need to be told to do the job or work especially in the office. of course out of respect, i have to ask permission if i can do that certain thing because i might be intruding on something.
