Every morning using the fist, gently thum the outside of your body, starting with your legs to the arms. Then go slowly to the inner portion of the legs and arms. This done morning will relax you and get you ready for the day. At night, it will drain the strain from your body and give you a good nights sleep. Try it out and let me know the results. it will take a few days, but the result is amazing.
