Need help with Car Tire conditioning

I know to keep tires moist as the rubber has to stay moist or it dries out and starts cracking. Does anyone have a suggestion on a good spray on product that will condition the tires and keep the rubber from drying out?

I had heard that armour all is not good anymore on interiors - dash and such. Although it is suppose to offer moisture to the hard plastics, for some reason it isn't and the plastic cracks. It is what I was using on my tires but they dried and cracked after only 20,000 miles so gues it didn't do so well. Maybe just me to. I don't drive much - my car has 25,000 on it now and it is a 2003 and it is in the garage out for sun and heat, so I dont know. Just wanted to try something differnet on these new tires.
