my friend's sister is studying Pride and Prejudice in high school and her literature teacher recently gave this as an assignment.. I thought it would be interesting to see what MyLotters thought ...

Elizabeth: Natalie Portman
Mr Darcy: Gary Oldman
Jane: Kate Winslet
Mr. Bingley: Orlando Bloom
Mr. Bennet: Michael Gambon
Mrs. Bennet: Imelda Staunton
The other characters I don't know very well but I think the actors that were chosen are good playing their roles.
I'm not sure if Natalie is the best choice to play Elizabeth but she is the only young actress I can think about that would do at least a average job.
