I have about 25,000 baseball cards. They range from about 1984 unitl 1996. My husband has been semi unemployed for about 2 years due to an illness. I am trying to find the value of some of my cards and looking to possibly sell some of them. I don't really have the extra money to go out purchase a pricing guide nor to join one of the clubs online. Does anyone have any information on where i can get the value of some of my cards FREE!!??? I would love to have some website to go to and get pricing so i can organize my cards. Please help if you can. Thanks, Cynthia

If there's a memorabilia store near you, take them there, they will value them, especially if they think they can buy them from you.

A really time-consuming way is to look on ebay for the same cards. I wouldn't recommend it because you have so many, but if you have a lot of time to spare, it could be useful.

I also found these trading sites: http://www.naxcom.com/ http://www.thepit.com/ which are free to register at. I think ThePit is like a stock-market and Naxcom is more like ebay. Hope that helps a little.

I tried doing that with my hubbys sport cards too. I could never find a free site to go to. You always had to pay for a membership. We signed up with Beckett & Sports Collection Digest. If I come across a free site I will post it back to you. ~Remember to give out +'s when it's deserved & select best responses. It helps us all out ;-]
