If money was no object what would you buy first? Say you won the Lottery.

I would pay off my mortgage in full. Then I would divide up all my money into three categories. One for investment, one for buying stuff for love ones then one for charity. I know in this world everyone needs a little bit of help. I would like to help charities that help little children. I feel that they are the ones that need the help the most. While we in the US tends to help out a lot of people who don't deserve it, who can work but rather stay on their behind. I simply would like to choose to help those who want to get back on their feet and not eat off of others plate. I would love to help do that because what goes around comes around. If I help the ones in need God will bless me with people who care.

If i won the lottery i'd buy a new house, something a little bigger & more my style - then my current house could be used as an investment property - which would eventually go on to be my daughter's & it would set her up nicely.
I'd look in to adopting at least 1 child, i think every child deserves to have a safe & loving environment to grow up in. The only reason i cant adopt right now or in the future is simply because it's REALLY expensive & i just couldn't afford it (especially an overseas child because there are a lot of flights involved).
I'd help out a charity here in Australia called Ronald McDonald House - they build houses for families to stay in (mostly rural families) if they have a child with cancer - so they can be close to their kids & not have to worry about the lengthy drives to get too & from the hospital. They do a GREAT job!
I would say investing the money but that's always such a risk so maybe i could put a big chunk in to a deposit account of some kind, so i don't pay fees on it but accumulate a nice interest amount!
I'm sure i'd do a lot of other things as well but for the moment i cant think of anything. Other than spoiling family & friends just because i want to :)

Very great ideas on how to use the winnings. Your a great person too wanting to help adopt someone who really needs a loving home. I want to do something similar to that too. I would love to open up one or more orphanage in third world countries to help out the little precious ones in need of love. One day when I will be blessed with that capabilities I will.

the first thing i would buy is a plane ticket for two...me and my sister wants to go back home...so that would be the first one...then i will invest the money and a certain amount will be share to all other people...

Wow where are you guys at and where do you guys want to go? I want to go on a trip with my whole family to visit our other family members in around the world. That is one plan I wish I can fulfill too.

firstly i would have to go on a well deserved holiday to sit back and work out how i would spend it.i would have to buy houses for myself and my children,new car and furniture etc.i would also donate to charity.depends on how much money i won i would probably set up a big brother organization,where i would have a support group for children especially boys who do not have a father figure in their lives.
